Ladies and Gentlemen:
Naturally it is difficult to expand in excess of three thousand dollars for someone in my position any time of the year but the holiday season only adds to the stress. However since it was unavoidable, I could not have found a better company with which to work.

Everyone with whom I came in contact from the lady that answered the telephone, to the men who did the work under difficult circumstances, to the man that prices the work done were exceptional. All were great but I can’t say enough good things about the young man named Mark.

I am most fortunate that the first call I placed when I had an emergency was less than receptive even though they advertised 24-7 emergency service and that my . . next call was to S.J. Conner & Sons.

Naturally from now on my first call will be to S.J. Conner & Sons and I tell anyone that will listen how fortunate I was to have you on the job and what excellent work you provide.

Dear Mr.Conner:
I Wanted to take this opportunity to commend one of your plumbing technicians for job well done. His name is jeff and he provided one of the best service responses I have ever experienced. He did exactly what he said he would do in the time he said he would get it done. He also went out of his way to confirm that the parts that had been ordered from State Water Heaters had arrived at my home and made a special effort to install the parts in a very timely manner.

Prior to my retirement, I was the executive in charge of the customer service division of a S400M company and was responsible for providing a service friendly environment to our customer’s world wide. I know how challenging it can be to have your employees perform to a high level of customer service. Jeff certainly meets and exceeds those criteria!
